Get rdy: Competitive guide for November 28th-December 4th
The weekend is almost here and that usually means events and competitive matches are in full swing. With this season's packed schedule it is easy to miss something, so we've compiled a weekly planning guide to keep track of what is going on.
CS2

StarLadder Major in Budapest brings a new set of 32 teams to battle through three Swiss stages and a single-elimination playoff bracket in the hopes of claiming one of Counter-Strike's most illustrious trophies. $1,250,000 is on the line. Five teams —Rare Atom, Lynn Vision Gaming, GamerLegion, The Huns Esports and RED Canids have already been eliminated. Three more teams will go home before the second stage begins on Saturday, November 29th.
Raising a Major trophy is every player’s dream, but only a rare few ever get close. For the rest of us, the Major offers a different kind of prize — the Diamond Pick’Em coin. Unfortunately, that can feel just as hard to earn. And while Stage 1 is now locked in, don’t forget that Stage 2 Pick’Ems open tonight.
The Major isn't the only event happening this weekend. ESL Impact League will take place between November 28-30th with eight all women's teams competing in Stockholm Sweden for the largest portion of the $123,000 prize pool. All eyes will be on Imperial Valkyries as they look to recover their form, while fan favorites FLYQuest RED are set to make their presence felt.

BLAST Slam V
That's right, another top tier event, another BLAST coming your way already. BLAST Slam V is already upon us. The fifth iteration of the event starts online with the group stage before moving to Chengdu, China.
Twelve teams will be competing for the $1,000,000 prize pool. All twelve will compete in the best-of-one Round Robin group stage and will be seeded into Semifinals, Play-In series, or Last Chance Playoffs. Right now we are just two days into the group stage with lots of gameplay still left on the menu. Only two teams will advance directly to the LAN playoffs. The other ten teams will battle things out in the Play-In series or Last Change Playoffs. Only four teams will survive to be one of six heading to China.
