Every team qualified for LoL Worlds 2026
Below we've outlined each team, their region, and their qualification method.
Qualified for Worlds 2026 Play-In Stage
| Region | Seed | Team | Qualification Path |
|---|---|---|---|
| North America | 3 | Cloud9 | LCS 2026 Summer Playoffs 3rd Place |
| EMEA | 3 | Karmine Corp | LEC 2026 Summer Playoffs 3rd Place |
| Asia-Pacific | 3 | MVK Esports | LCP 2026 Championship Points |
| Brazil | 2 | FURIA | CBLOL 2026 Split 2 Playoffs Runner-Up |
Our Thoughts: This is going to be brutal Play-In stage stacked with talent, and with heart-breaking potential for some popular teams to miss out. KC and C9 are fan favorites, but only one can make the cut, and it's easy to imagine FURIA and MVK playing spoiler. With the LCS and LEC team seeded against each other, there's going to be early upsets at Worlds 2026.

| Play-in Winner | NA | TBD | Qualified from Play-In Stage |
Our Thoughts: With two NA teams heading through automatically to the latter stages, this could be a bloodbath for western fans. Four Korean teams spells disaster for the rest of the world, especially with teams as dangerous as Dplus Kia and HLE ready to thin the herd. It's hard not to be excited for Worlds 2026 in North America, but with four Chinese teams and four Korean teams, we're expecting to see the Worlds trophy head back to either of those dominant regions after this one, if not straight back into the hands of T1 and Faker.
Worlds 2026 kicks off with the Play-In stage on Oct. 15, bringing Cloud9, Karmine Corp, MVK Esports, and either LOS or Furia to the Riot Games Arena in Los Angeles. With the world’s best teams battling for glory, the competition is set to be fierce, and the stakes couldn’t be higher.
The big question remains: Which region will rise above the rest and claim the Worlds 2026 crown? With so much talent in the mix, fans can expect an action-packed tournament full of surprises, upsets, and unforgettable moments.
