Team Nemesis release Dota 2 roster following Esports World Cup exit

The organization announced the decision to release the team on social media, thanking the players and staff for their efforts while wishing them the best in their future endeavors.

The current roster was formed at the end of April following a major rebuild. Team Nemesis retained Anucha "Jabz" Jirawong while signing Vladislav "rubikon155" Gaidau, João "4nalog" Giannini, Rodrigo "Lelis" Santos, and later Luke "Yamsun" Wang, with Filipe "Astini" Ribeiro joining as head coach. The overhaul came after the departures of March, Q, 23savage, Mac, and Jaunuel, as the organization shifted toward an international lineup ahead of the Esports World Cup and The International 2026 qualifiers.

Results ultimately fell short of expectations. Nemesis failed to qualify for The International 2026 but earned a place at the Esports World Cup, where the team exited in the group stage with a 1-9 game record after facing PARIVISION, Team Spirit, MOUZ, Vici Gaming, and REKONIX.

Moving forward, Team Nemesis has announced it intends to rebuild its Dota 2 division and return to SEA region with Jabz at the head. Fans can expect to hear more after the conclusion of The International during the roster shuffle season.
