OG, once a name to strike fear in the hearts of their opponents, has been struggling to field a roster with viable results for some time now. The start of this season alone came with failure in five different qualifier campaigns: DreamLeague Season 27, BLAST Slam IV & V, FISSURE Playground 2, and PGL Wallachia Season 6.

Since then, they parted ways with Rodrigo "Lelis" Santos, who was replaced by two-time The International champion and OG founder Johan "N0tail" Sundstein, marking his return to competitive play after a three-year hiatus.

Adding N0tail brought the hype but not the results. Nostalgia could only take the team so far. They closed out DreamLeague Division 2 Season 1 with a 9–12th place finish — not enough to keep the project afloat. Without results, it seems a broader overhaul or deeper evaluation is now on the table.

The release of the roster comes only one week after the organisation announced the end of its collaboration with the South American Dota 2 roster. The decision was made following a trial period during regional qualifiers.

At this time, there is no announcement regarding what will come next. However, the season has just begun, and the calendar is packed with events where a new lineup could make its debut.

OG roster

  • Indji "Shad" Lub
  • Igor "Stojkov" Stojkov (trial)
  • Mihajlo "MikSa`" Jovanovic
  • Tamir "daze" Tokpanov
  • Johan "N0tail" Sundstein
