Get rdy: Competitive guide for November 2nd-8th
A new week is upon us and that means events and competitive matches will be gearing up or winding down. With this season's packed schedule it is easy to miss something, so we've compiled a weekly planning guide to keep track of what is going on.
League of Legends
Patch 26.22
Patch 26.22 is scheduled to release on Wednesday, Nov. 4. This patch will seemingly see a soft rework for Mel, some buffs across several champs, and a few system changes.
Again, Worlds will continue on the 26.20 patch for the duration of the event.
Worlds 2026
Speaking of Worlds, the Swiss Stage of Worlds 2026 wrapped up this past weekend with the lineup whittled down to just the final eight teams. The Playoffs will kick off from Tuesday Nov. 3, continuing at a blistering pace through the weekend. By this coming Sunday, we’ll have a Finals matchup locked in, and Worlds will reach its pinnacle in a fortnight.

IEM Beijing
No sooner does one event finish that another starts.
We barely had time to process Nemiga - Nemiga! - making the grand final in Bucharest before we got whiplash being launched into IEM Beijing at 3am. FaZe pulled off a ridiculous comeback against FURIA, Liquid annihilated Aurora and G2's hilarious spiral is continuing. The day might not be finished by the time you read this.
The whole group stage has a crowd so we really recommend tuning in. NAVI vs Falcons should be kino. This should be a fun week.
And by the end of it, we're one week closer to the Major. Oh yeah, boy.
