Get rdy: Competitive guide for June 15th-21st

Get rdy with me; The upcoming weekly planner for competitive matches.

A new week is upon us and that means events and competitive matches will be gearing up or winding down. With this season's packed schedule it is easy to miss something, so we've compiled a weekly planning guide to keep track of what is going on.

League of Legends

LCS

LYON have successfully secured their spot at MSI after defeating Team Liquid in the finals of the LCS 2026 Spring Playoffs. The 3-0 victory means LYON and TL will both be headed to MSI, while the former will also be headed to Paris in July alongside fellow NA representative Sentinals.

LCK

The LCK's Road to MSI mid-season tournament concluded with Faker’s T1 and Zeus’ Hanwha Life Esports securing the final invites. In the head-to-head, Hanwha bested T1, proving their top of the table end to Rounds 1-2 of the 2026 season were no fluke.

LPL

Bilibili Gaming defeated Top Esports in the grand final of the LPL 2026 Split 2 playoffs. Bilibili shocked the LPL by making a full lower-bracket run in the playoffs, and will head to MSI alongside Top later this month.

With MSI on the horizon, the top flight leagues will have just under two weeks of prep time before the tournament kicks off. The four play-in teams, T1, Team Liquid, Karmine Corp, and the LCP’s Deep Cross Gaming will have the shortest break, with only one of those teams qualifying for the main bracket of MSI.

Counter-Strike 2

IEM Cologne

We're fully in the swing of the IEM Major Cologne now with stage three nearly at a close. donk is in absolutely sparkling form and has Spirit in the quarters single handedly, while Vitality are looking fallible again - dropping a series to 9z of all teams.

We're down to the last three games today before playoffs, and the aforementioned 9z just have to beat The MongolZ for a pretty spectacular run to playoffs, BetBoom meet FUT in a must-watch game for firepower fiends, and the main event - NAVI vs G2. Oh yeah, baby, we love the Major.

Dota 2

Qualifiers

Perhaps the highest stake games, at least in terms of qualifiers, are now upon us. The International closed qualifiers are set to begin today, June 15th in China and South America. Both regions will take place over the course of the next few days.

China has eight teams competing for two slots to compete at TI on their home turf. ViCi Gaming, Yakult Brothers are perhaps the front runners, but Refuser Gaming, Team Resilience, and Game Master all boast some mighty big names that can't be pushed aside.

South America qualifiers are even spicier. There are ten teams competing for the SOLE spot. Among those teams includes LGD Gaming (ex-HEROIC), PLAYTIME, Team Nemesis, Estar Backs.

Things will then shift to Southeast Asia on the 19th. There ten teams are also vying for the only spot alloted to the region. Teams include OG, REKONIX, GLYPH, and Execration who have all made appearances in top competitive events durinig the year.

Regional Affairs

Due to the nature of qualifiers for The International, all regions are pretty much focused on that the next few weeks.

Europe

European Pro League Season 38 started on June 4th and will continue through the 21st. There is a prize pool of $20,000 on the line and teams participating in it are probably looking to use this as advanced scrims for the open or closed qualifiers for TI. All twelve teams were directly invited.
