On May 27th, the 16 teams heading to PGL Wallachia Season 5 were confirmed. However, during this period, there have been a few changes. Team Tidebound was picked up by All Gamers Global and will now be playing under their new organisation. Furthermore, on June 16th, it was announced that MOUZ would no longer be a part of the tournament. Subsequently, their slot was given to Edge. It is currently unknown why exactly MOUZ withdrew from the tournament, but there is heavy speculation online that it is due to their failure to qualify for either TI 2025 or the EWC.

Heading into the Playoff Stage, the teams will enter into a double-elimination bracket. Once again, all series played will be best-of-three, leading up to a best-of-five grand finals where the champion is crowned.
