All Gamers Global acquires Team Tidebound as they head to TI 2025
Team Tidebound, shortly before receiving a direct invite to The International 2025, was aquired by All Gamers Global.
As The International (TI) 2025 approaches, teams are preparing to dive into the biggest Dota 2 event of the year. On May 15, Valve announced 8 teams which would be receiving a direct invite to the event. Included in these is Team Tidebound. However, just a day before they were confirmed for TI, the team was picked up by a new organisation.
All Gamers Global enters the world of Dota 2
Tidebound was created at the start of 2025. Since then, the team has quickly risen above the likes of Xtreme Gaming and Yakult Brothers when it comes to Chinese Dota 2. While the roster has not managed to register any major victories, they have definitely made their presence felt. With that, they received a direct invite to TI 2025 from Valve.
However, shortly before this invite was announced to the public, Tidebound was acquired by a well-known Chinese organisation. On May 14, All Gamers Global announced via X (previously Twitter) that Tidebound would be playing under their banner moving forward.

The post went on to add that the roster would remain as Team Tidebound in the Asian Champions League Dota 2 tournament.
The full AG Global roster is:
- Guo “shiro” Xuanang
- Cheng “NothingToSay” Jin Xiang
- Zhang “Bach” Ruida
- Lin “planet” Hao
- Zhang “y`” Yiping
- Zhou “bLink” Yang (coach)
Although trying to reclaim the seat of power in Dota 2 for CN is proving to be a tough task, AG Global definitely has a roster capable of doing so. With former Wings Gaming players and members of LGD Gaming, this team looks set to take on some of the best teams in the world at TI 2025.
Whether or not AG Global will manage to make an impact remains to be seen. But we will have to wait and see, as they begin their journey towards TI 2025. At the time of writing, the roster is fighting for a spot at the Esports World Cup (EWC) 2025, as they face off against their rivals, Xtreme Gaming in the grand finals of the Asian Champions League 2025.
