Nigma Galaxy bring in TA2000 on loan from Team Yandex

On the back of Ghost departing from Nigma Galaxy, the team’s roster is complete once more, as TA2000 joins on loan from Team Yandex.

It has only been a few days since Nigma Galaxy announced that they were parting ways with Daniel "Ghost" Chan. As the squad gears up for PGL Wallachia Season 6, they were briefly without a position 1 player. However, on November 5th, the team confirmed their new carry in the form of Aybek "TA2000" Tokayev.

A loan from Yandex, but no Miracle

Having gone inactive on the Team Yandex roster in late October of this year, ta2k joins Nigma for their upcoming events to close out 2025. While joining on loan, the player is likely to stay with the team through PGL Wallachia Season 6 and DreamLeague Season 27 this year. Having played with the likes of Virtus.pro, PSG.Quest, and Aurora Gaming, ta2k is not new to big tournaments or big teams.

• Tobias "Tobi" Buchner

The addition of ta2k to the team does squash any rumours that were floating around for a potential return of Amer “Miracle-“ Al-Barkawi to competitive Dota 2. However, with some decent results behind him for 2025, including fourth place at DreamLeague Season 25 and second at FISSURE Special, ta2k could be a great fit for Nigma.

Nigma will be in action from November 15th at PGL Wallachia Season 6, where they will be hoping to make up for their poor performance at the recent FISSURE PLAYGROUND 2. It remains to be seen whether or not the team can bounce back into form or if they will make further changes to their roster down the line.
