The weekend is almost here and that usually means events and competitive matches are in full swing. With this season's packed schedule it is easy to miss something, so we've compiled a weekly planning guide to keep track of what is going on.

The big event taking place is BLAST Slam IV, which has finally reached the playoffs stage. The one-million-dollar tournament began on October 14th, as it had to push its first two stages earlier than initially announced due to a schedule conflict with FISSURE PLAYGROUND 2.

A total of 12 teams entered the battle at BLAST Slam IV, but only six remained after the group stage and play-in matches—Team Spirit, MOUZ, HEROIC, and Aurora will start in the quarter finals while Tundra and Falcons both begin in the semi finals.

DreamLeague Division 2 Season 2

DreamLeague Division 2 Season 2 group stage is already underway and expected to continue through the 7th. Two of the eight invited teams will be eliminated during this portion. The playoffs will then follow from November 8-11th. The winner will get the lion's share of the $50,000 prize pool and a slot in DreamLeague Season 27 set to take place December 10th-21st.

While most of the teams seem to hail from the CIS region, three teams stand out as most notable. Team Tidebound from China is participating, as well as Perrito Panzon from Peru. And then, there is Clement "Puppey" Ivanov.

Both Puppey and the Peruvians are currently in danger of elimination, but nothing is written in stone yet with two more days of competition ahead.
