Get rdy: Competitive guide for March 20-26th
The weekend is almost here and that usually means events and competitive matches are in full swing. With this season's packed schedule it is easy to miss something, so we've compiled a weekly planning guide to keep track of what is going on.
Counter-Strike 2

BLAST Open Spring 2026
BLAST Open Spring 2026 just got underway and there's lots to look forward to.
Falcons skipped ESL Pro League and now find themselves facing the newly-anointed contenders to their "not quite as good as Vitality" title, NAVI. NAVI are in fantastic form with makazze in particularly finally looking like the superstar they've needed since jL essentially gave up on pro CS, and Falcons are without their baby-faced assassin kyousuke. If Falcons can win this, we'll really believe that they can be Vitality's greatest ankle-biter.
Dota 2

ESL One Birmingham 2026
ESL One Birmingham 2026 will take place from March 22 to 29 in the United Kingdom, featuring 16 teams fighting for the lion's share of the $1,000,000 prize. It seems that all of the teams have their visa issues under control and their rosters sorted out. GamerLegion just announced Indji “Shad” Lub would be coming on board for the event as a trial and Daniel "Ghost" Chan will stand-in for Jin "flyfly" Zhiyi in Yakult Brothers due to family circumstances. Not only is ESL in front of a live audience (finally), but the stakes are high between EPT points up for grabs towards Esports World Cup and TI invites on the horizon.
Regional Affairs
Local and regional fans have some treats on the menu this week.
Eastern Europe
Not much is known about the Esports League Super Cup Pro Division scheduled to take place between March 1st-20th, but it seems to be an online and then offline event in Moscow. There are eight teams —six invited and two from qualifiers — competing. The prize pool is roughly $20,000.
CCT Season 2 Series 8 began March 12th and continues through March 20th as 12 teams compete online in Europe/CIS for a slice of the $40,000 prize pool. There are plenty of teams worth watching, including Power Rangers who had to withdraw from PGL Wallachia due to Visa Issues. But perhaps the most interesting team in the line up is the only non Eastern European team. paiN Gaming. The invited team from South America will be competing as they test the synergy with their new player Máximo "Wits" Orozco Alza. As of now, they are top 3, trying to get to the grand finals from the lower bracket finals.
A new roster featuring former PARIVISION members DM and Filipe "Astini" Astini has registered for European Pro League Season 35. They join 12 teams competing online for $20,000. The stack has had only one series, but took both games from NAVI.Jr. Their next opponent is Lynx.
Astini+5 is also competing in PREMIER SERIES: Play-In. The online event features 12 teams competing for one of three spots in the main event set to take place in April for $100,000. All of the usual CIS tier 2 teams are on hand, and Astini's group is currently sitting with a 1:1 record aftering losing their full series to L1GA Team. Things will wrap up on the 21st.
Tennisi Stampede Champions: Season 2 heads into the group stage phase with eight teams trying to be one of four to advance to the playoffs. The teams are competing for a slice of the $5,000 prize pool.
Southeast Asia
EPL World Series: Southeast Asia Season 13 began on March 4th and will continue through the 26th. Eight local teams have been competing for the $10,000 prize. Yangon Galacticos won last season which just wrapped up and most of the team list is the same from then too.
