Get rdy: Competitive guide for February 20-26th

The weekend is almost here and that usually means events and competitive matches are in full swing. With this season's packed schedule it is easy to miss something, so we've compiled a weekly planning guide to keep track of what is going on.

Counter-Strike 2

PGL Cluj-Napoca 2026 kicked off on Saturday, February 14th with 16 teams fighting for the lion's share of the $625,000 prize pool in Romania.

No matter how bad things get for you in CS, it's refreshing to know the joke will always be on G2. They recovered from 0-2 to 2-2 just to choke a 9-1 lead against NAVI and miss out on playoffs. Could be worse, though - you could be FaZe.

Aurora, PARIVISION, NAVI and The MongolZ instead became the lucky fellas who can lose to the big four in the quarter-finals. What a fairytale.

Playoffs begin tomorrow, Friday, February 20th at 09:00 CET as PARIVISION take on Team Falcons.

Dota 2

DreamLeague Season 28

DreamLeague Season 28 began February 16 and will continue through until March 1st with $1,000,000 on the line. We're back to 16 teams as opposed to the whopping 24 teams we saw in DreamLeague Season 27.

All of the usual suspects are on hand to compete, but so far some of the most interesting storylines have been about paiN Gaming and David “Parker” Nicho Flores, and Aurora Gaming and their win streak.

Group Stage 1 (February 16 - February 20)

Two single round-robin groups of eight teams each All series consist of two games Top four teams from each group advance to group stage 2 Remaining teams are eliminated

Group Stage 2 (February 21 - February 27) One single round-robin group of eight teams All matches are Bo3 Top two teams advance to the upper bracket of the playoffs 3rd and 4th place teams advance to the lower bracket of the playoffs Remaining teams are eliminated

Regional Affairs

Local and regional fans have some treats on the menu this week.

Europe

CCT Season 2 Series 7 started February 12 and will continue through the 20th with 12 teams fighting for a portion of the $40,000 prize pool. While most of the teams hail from CIS region, Valinor comes in from Turkey. Power Rangers have become the first team to find their place in the Grand Finals. The lower bracket is approaching the semi-finals and that means there are still three teams left in contention to seize the second slot.

Southeast Asia

EPL World Series: Southeast Asia Season 12 began on February 2nd and will continue through the 20th. Seven local teams have been competing for the $10,000 prize. Carstensz Esports, an Indonesian-based organization, assembled its first roster and officially stepping into the scene. They signed Randy "Dreamocel" Sapoetra, Ryan “Raging Potato” Qui, and Malaysian legend Wong “ChuaN” Hock will take on the role of head coach. So far the team barely hanging on as they try to survive the group stage.

A new season of Lunar Snake Trophy 6 started on February 7th. Ten teams are competing for $15,000. Carstensz Esports is busy trying to find their footing. Contrary to EPL, here they are leading not just their group, but overall in the event with a 3:0 series (6:1 games) record. The action is expected to wrap up March 3rd.
