Crystallis joins Tundra Esports

Roster shuffles happen fast during a packed season. Less than a day after Anton "dyrachyo" Shkredov put his competitive career on hold, Tundra Esports are ready to announce their new carry player.
In what feels like players taking turns to recharge batteries, Remco "Crystallis" Arets arrives at Tundra after spending the last two and a half months on the PARVISION bench. Prior to PARIVISION, Crystallis spent two years at Team Secret with whom he reached The International 2022 grand finals. Interestingly enough, he and Team Secret lost the TI 2022 title after being swept 0-3 by Tundra Esports. A bit over two years later, Tundra’s captain at TI 2022, Neta "33" Shapira is back and plans to work with Crystallis towards what would mean a third Aegis for himself, a second for Tundra and a first for the Dutch carry player.
There are about six months until The International 2025, where Tundra Esports have most likely already secured a direct invite courtesy of their utter domination in the first half of the season. However, a lot can happen until September, when TI is scheduled to unfold. It remains to be seen if Crystallis will still be on the Tundra roster at the pinnacle Dota 2 event of the year, or if Dyrachyo will make a comeback right in time for a shot at the most wanted trophy in the Dota 2 scene.
Until then, Crystallis will make his debut with Tundra Esports on March 22, at FISSURE Universe: Episode 4, an online tier 2 tournament with $500,000 on the line. Tundra’s first LAN event with Crystallis in the carry position will be ESL One Raleigh, which is set to kick off on the 7th of April, 2025.
