BLAST Slam IV confirms seven of its participating teams

Having revamped their tournaments with qualifiers and a new format, BLAST Slam IV Singapore has confirmed the invited teams.

In July 2025, BLAST announced that they would be switching things up for Slam IV Singapore. The new experience would include a LAN and online stage. This meant that the event would now feature a live audience, and last for a two-week period. In addition, the tournament would also see Regional Qualifiers mixed in with the invited teams, an invite specifically for a team in the host region. Today saw a list of some of the direct invites released by BLAST.

Seven teams invited to BLAST Slam IV Singapore

BLAST Slam IV Singapore might still be months away, but the tournament organisers have confirmed 7 of the 12 teams which will be heading to the event. 6 of these teams count as direct invites, with 1 being the so-called “Local Region Hero Invite” according to BLAST. One direct invite has yet to be confirmed by the organisers, while we also await the new regional qualifiers for the event.

The list of invited teams for BLAST Slam IV Singapore is:

• Team Falcons
• PARIVISION
• Tundra Esports
• Team Spirit
• HEROIC (Americas Invite)
• Talon Esports (Local Region Hero Invite)

With the tournament falling in line with other events with its runtime, BLAST Slam IV Singapore is set to be one of the biggest events following The International 2025. With a string of some of the best teams in Dota 2 already confirmed, as well as regional qualifiers on the way, Singapore is set to host the event.

While there is still quite some time before BLAST Slam IV Singapore kicks off, it will be interesting to see who the remaining teams that make it to the event are. And with the post-TI shuffle being a precursor to this event, it could be a chance for some new faces to show their strengths.
